Agentic Orthodontics Inc. may make available features or content generated or powered by artificial intelligence through SanDiegoOrthodontic.com and related Services. These features may include OrthoMatch™ AI, provider discovery tools, chat or search assistance, content summarization, and other automated capabilities.
AI-powered features are intended to support general information, navigation, education, and patient-practice matching. They do not replace independent judgment, professional advice, or direct verification with a healthcare provider.
2. How AI may be used
Provider discovery
AI may help organize or present provider profiles using information such as location, services, insurance information, availability, and user-supplied preferences.
Search and matching
AI may assist users in narrowing provider options based on the criteria they submit.
Informational content
AI may help produce, summarize, or organize educational content and responses to user questions.
Operational support
AI may assist with communications, workflow support, and other platform functions.
Any automated output should be treated as a starting point for review rather than as a definitive determination.
3. Limitations of AI-generated content
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or inappropriate for a particular user or situation. In rare cases, an AI feature may produce incorrect or offensive information that does not represent the views of Agentic Orthodontics.
Important: Agentic Orthodontics does not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, quality, security, legality, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of AI features or their outputs.
Users should independently evaluate AI-generated information before acting or refraining from acting on it.
4. AI is not medical advice
AI-generated content is not, and is not a substitute for, medical, dental, orthodontic, or other professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No doctor-patient or other healthcare professional-patient relationship is created through use of OrthoMatch™ AI or any AI-generated content.
Do not use the Services or AI features for emergency medical needs. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact 9-1-1 or an appropriate healthcare professional immediately.
5. Provider discovery and matching
Provider search or matching results may be based on information supplied by users or reasonably acquired by the Services, including insurance information, geographic location, healthcare specialty, services offered, availability, ratings, and prior user experiences.
Results are not exhaustive and may not include every provider who could meet a user’s needs. Agentic Orthodontics does not employ, refer, recommend, or endorse providers merely because they appear in search, matching, or AI-generated results.
Users remain responsible for choosing their own healthcare provider and independently evaluating licensure, credentials, experience, suitability, availability, insurance participation, and other relevant factors.
6. Sponsored content and results
The Services may display advertisements or sponsored search results above, next to, or among other results. Sponsored content is not an endorsement, referral, or recommendation by Agentic Orthodontics.
Sponsored results should be conspicuously labeled as Sponsored or with equivalent disclosure so users can distinguish paid placement from other content.
7. Third-party AI and software
AI features may incorporate third-party software, including third-party artificial intelligence tools. Third-party tools may be subject to their own terms, privacy practices, notices, and limitations.
Agentic Orthodontics cannot guarantee the suitability, accuracy, quality, security, legality, reliability, or availability of third-party software or its outputs. Users should review applicable third-party terms when those tools are used.
8. Data and privacy
Use of AI features may involve processing information submitted by users or information reasonably obtained through the Services. Depending on the feature, this may include location, provider preferences, insurance-related information, account information, communications, and other user-provided content.
The collection and use of Personal Data in connection with the Services is described in the Privacy Policy. Users should not submit information they do not want processed through an AI-enabled feature and should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
Where AI features summarize or analyze user-submitted content, such use remains subject to the applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
9. Human judgment and user responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting any action taken through an AI agent or AI-enabled feature as though they performed that action themselves. Agentic Orthodontics assumes no responsibility for actions taken by an AI agent on a user’s behalf.
AI outputs should be reviewed by a person before being relied upon for healthcare, legal, insurance, financial, or other consequential decisions.
Agentic Orthodontics may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue AI features as the Services evolve.

Users may contact Agentic Orthodontics regarding AI-generated content, provider results, privacy questions, or concerns about the Services.
